Finnish-Japanese Chamber of Commerce
The Finnish-Japanese Chamber of Commerce (FJCC) was established
in 1981. Its domicile is the City of Helsinki and its
secretariat is located at the World Trade Center Helsinki. FJCC
is a non-profit organisation.
The purpose of the FJCC is to develop relations between Japan and Finland in the fields of trade and industry as well as other lines of business and to actively search for new business opportunities for its members in these two countries.
FJCC has regular meetings - either luncheons or breakfast or afternoon events - which usually takes place in the WTC Helsinki located in the heart of Helsinki. To these meetings FJCC invites prominent lecturers and speakers representing Finnish and Japanese business and politics. Visits to member companies are also arranged on a regular basis.
Close cooperation with the Embassy of Japan is essential to FJCC as well as Finnish authorities, Bank of Finland and financial institutions. Another very important partner is the Finnish Chamber of Commerce in Tokyo which gives you good guidance to upcoming events in Japan.
Traditional Golf Day is arranged annually together with the
Embassy of Japan and Finnair.
The membership fees for the year 2010 are: corprorate
membership fee € 120,- and private membership fee 20,-.
